I'm assuming that you are looking for a undergrad degree, and if I were in your shoes, I'd focus on something more general that flexed your analytical/ problem solving muscles more than trained you to do something specific. 

There may be other payment solutions that use ACH that are intended for landlords and are better solutions.

Most importantly, its not uncommon for the first property to be a head ache, a dud, just break even, or even a complete train wreck. 

You might get a refer every month and tbat may be a $15,000 game e a ch year.

That is where most of your head aches will come from.
