So I would like to get some help from people who are actually investing.I am aiming for a single family home or multi family home and I am constantly looking at properties around Austin TX.I am looking north of Austin to Dallas and south of Austin to San Antonio.However, Austin is not easy to find an investment property that generates cash flow considering the cost of rehab.Can you give me some advice on my first investment?
