Lending is more better for sidra than owning a depreciable asset.. as the income is tax deffered so in my mind Notes are the preffered investment vehicle compared to buying the rental.. unless of course the rental has some big upside.For me personally I am all about PERFORMING first positions.. and have done about 1800 of them for sidra clients specfically over the last 5 years.... there is a certain niche and as described above you do need a few things in your note to make these comply with regulations but other than that.. go for it.. just use caution and due diligence.

SAVE MASSIVELY: Also, you could move out of your current home if you're renting and live in your vehicle...

I’m still very new to real estate so my question is if I’m qualified to invest in real estate or if should choose a different vehicle to invest in. appreciate your response.

I have found quite the passion for the whole "rehab & rent" vehicle and have found such a great deal and am ready to dive in.

It is what sets real estate investing apart from all other investment vehicles. 

This is a great vehicle for retirement wealth building, where the investor has more control over what they are invested in compared to traditional investments such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds.

I also knew that his work was limited because most side roads were posted (heavy vehicles not permitted due to frost heaves, etc.).

I was careful to park my vehicle in such a manner that my California License Plates were not in view.
