I don't want to scare you, but most claims that I had involving multiple claimants; various property damages; expert/specialist costs and municipality involvements lasted well over a year, oftentimes multiple years before anyone saw any money.With that being said, every claim is handled and investigated on its own merits.

It's also great in negotiations to be a non-realtor because there are certain tactics other broker/agents can't use over your head with ethics and sanctions  claims that are baseless and have no merit.
