Yup and its a joke when you have these proclamations from those running for pres that they are going to magically accelerate construction.. they can do it if they want to pay 100% of it.. but if they expect the private sector that has to work through local zoning etc.. that aint happening and you cant force people to sell the land cheaper than they think its worth or can get on the open market just because we need starter housing.

It comes with guides on how to ride the tubes, a crash course in local customs, places of interest, places to avoid, and holly cow it looks just like what they had in there heads of what a London "flat" would look like, so charming and so "Brit"..... 

Try reaching out to local media outlets, search for articles talking bout fraud, find the reporter who wrote the article and reach out to them.

I would recommend that you get out to local meetup events, as that is where you will make the really deep connections to help you get rolling.

As others said out of state can be more challenging based on location but local or out of state both can be done.
