Otherwise, the plans are largely similar.The key concept is that when the plan invests in anything (stocks, real estate mortgages, etc.) all activities are enclosed within the plan and there is no intersection whatsoever with you or close family.

For ballparking it is probably close enough, but not for actual filings.The gain at the time of sale is subject to UDFI taxation as well, but at a simplified trust capital gains rate of 20%.All of this is on a separate 990-T return for the IRA and does not intersect with your personal taxation in any way.
