Limit how many times you apply for credit to avoid a large amount of inquires that will hurt your credit score.

You will want to check the city rent laws where your property is or just inquire with an attorney.

I am being told that the Business Tax Id is different then the person SS when it comes to inquires?

I am asking about properties that are purchased at wholesale and need renovation, and then either become rentals or sell them, and inquiring about the usual fees for someone else managing all steps. 

Also does anyone know of a texting program or voicemail program where i can send out a blast text or call to people who have inquired about properties in the past about an up coming vacancy.

I inquired as to why anyone would want to be rid of a property like that and he replied saying that he simply had too many properties in his portfolio to manage.
