Don't hire people to run your account to reach more people, just show up for 30 minutes a day and make good comments and good connections without asking for anything.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Felt like I was speaking with a virtual assistant backed by AI.He estimated my re-roof would be half the size at double the rate quotes I got from everybody else... truly amateur hour for somebody that claimed to have done hundreds of these.I also was never able to find more than 5 property records tied to his name or to related LLCs.

Our GC A&M is second to none and the subs they hire are a pleasure to work with.

We get about 200 - 300 maintenance requests every month; I would have to hire a FT property manager just to "walk" the maintenance concerns.

In such a situation, you may not even need to hire an engineer - a good surveyor could do it.

A base hit with virtually no risk is a fine place to start.
