Sounds odd they would let one of their promoters and clients have this happen to them.Chris depends on who the registered agent is.. its still up to the owner of the LLC to pay the renewal or do it on line.. your law firm generally does not do that for you unless your going to pay them.

Early on they were trying to tell us what they did when they were landlords when they didn't like how we were doing things and we politely but firmly shut that down real quick.

No experience with it, but I know there are franchises like Motto Mortgage, that provide mortgage in a box essentially, or check bizbuysell and see if there is an existing firm available for sale.

In fact, I don't even run numbers anymore, partially because I know what will work cash flow-wise (or break even at least), partially because in hindsight your XLS is always wrong, but mostly because I am collecting quality assets for the long haul and math does not capture a collection.
