We have everything microsoft so we use sharepoint to hold the files and when updated it automatically gets updated and use microsoft copilot and create a copilot agent based on those documents and internally we then have it in microsoft teams so anyone can use it.

I have always imagined getting to the point where I could hold/ run a small community of mountain cabin rentals or a guest house, something along those lines.Thanks,Chad Yes I meant AirBnb and Mid-term rentals, rent by the room, glamping (although I probably wouldn't go that route), buying commercial RE and running a business (for me that would be a lot of work with a W2 job and buying property locally or leasing out a space is expensive here).

I can's imagine a situation where all 4 tenants have elected to hand wash their clothes and use the dryer (there is no utility sink in the laundry room).Can you think of any reasons why the dryer would be used that much more/washer used that much less?...
