With a broker not only is time saved because you didn’t have to go lender by lender but rather just one person and the broker already has a point of contact with the lender and understands they’re underwriting process and programs, you also get a non bias opinion given they don’t work directly with the lender.

Now, just because you may be doing well and be biased for your area and investment properties, I'm interested to play devils advocate and hear why these factors may not sustain themselves and why they could.

I don’t want to buy a mortgage, I just want to FOLLOW the rates/market on a non-biased website.Hard to navigate past the click-bait for refi-applications with fake rates.  

I kinda wonder what's next, do realtors need to remove headshots from our card and marketing content so that sellers dont discriminate based on the color or gender of the buyer's agent?  

I’m probably biased, but in the 20 years of real estate investing I’ve done the best situation has been investing with a great syndicator.

It needs to be written down so you can objectively look at each potential tenant and defend yourself if you are ever accused of bias or discrimination (the illegal kind).

I am bias towards real estate with it being a tangible asset with mostly predictable cash flow.
