I can't continue my one Section 8 much longer as they have frozen rent increases for years and now allowing only 3% max per year that must be justified by improvement proven to help tenant, not higher taxes, insurance, maintenance, even though area is much higher rent all around me and real estate taxes have doubled since purchase.

Most of what I buy needs cooked, frozen, or refrigerated.

It's winter time so the internet is frozen in Canada.

The only downside is the remote risk of having your HELOCs frozen when you need them the most.
