Although those guys had brick and mortar and where very good at what they did ( screwing people)this new crop are just hiding behind social media and their key board. 

So infilling an income gap via people who can disappear just as easily as appear seems short sighted to me. 

People start moving in with their TOH homes (back in the day when everyone could afford one) and the park starts to fill up. 

I'm quite new as an investor, but with three books by Biggerpockets authors under my belt and plenty of enthusiasm, I'm ready to keep learning and to connect with like-minded people in my area and beyond.

Check with some of the people that commented here about the specific location.

I've had people tell me not to worry about it and to just do it, and I've had other people say the bank will call the loan due.

Some people will push to get the maximum, even if it means they may wind up with nothing.
