After the Fed announcing today that they have raised the interest rate by a quarter point today and saying they will keep raising rates with the next proposed hike coming in December and three more next year borrowing money will continue to get more expensive.With an already tight market in almost all areas this will make deals harder to come by.

You will need to make sure weekly, monthly, quarterly and annuals goals are met, vacancy is kept to a minimum by either increasing your renewal rate or always marketing, keeping a tight watch on all R&M/capex as well as managing your cash position.

It usually happens over the decades when a locality upgrades a computer system and/or they change their parcel number scheme and it slips through the cracks so to speak... or on lots that have been held for a very long time, ie pre-computers... there are these 1/8th, quarter or half lots that are basically not "buildable" on their own... they are thought of as attached to the parcel next to it that usually does have a structure of some kind, but they are taxed separately.

I am starting my fourth year in medical school this summer, and will be applying to residency programs this fall, interviewing through the winter, and will find out where my girlfriend and I will be starting our lives as doctors in the early spring.
