I don't know much about real estate CRMS although I've had plenty of experience with regular sales platforms, (ie. hubspot, salesforce, zoho, pipedrive, etc)  I didn't want to have to sift through all the cars, but it's looking as though I may to see what fits.   

. - if you need two stairwells and an elevator, that will of course drive costs way up and it also eats into your floor plate area and can crush layouts on a smaller building, possibly turning your small CMX2.5 lot you'd planned to build 5 stories on into what may as well be a CMX2 lot and allow only 3 stories, since you can't actually fit 2 stairwells, an elevator, a hallway all the way through from front to rear, a small lobby, a mail room, etc.

The driveway is wide enough for 1 car, but long enough to fit 2 cars on it by blocking one in.

I try to read books on different kinds of realestate investing and house fliping and I do think that they are useful but the information never seems to have a correct fit.

Originally I was also hoping to find a package that would do more of the property management basics for me, like running ads, screening tenants, collecting rent, collecting e-signatures, etc.What I found after months of looking is that there is no one-size-fits-all platform out there.

Either way buying it and having on site will save you time and labor costs provided it fits the space and works with the existing drain.
