I also plan to install a gas fireplace to be more efficient overtime and was wondering who might have experience on that, like how I would find out if there is a gas line already running under the house I can connect to or how expensive it is to convert and set up my own tank outside.

We've completely gutted the place, full replumb, new electrical wiring/box/service, all new fixtures, floors, trim, appliances, doors, fireplace rehab, everything inside is new, opened floor plan, etc.

You can cozy up to the working gas ventless fireplace in the living room.

Listed as a 3 bedroom/1 bath, this little gem has an enclosed carport with a fireplace and laundry room in the back.

There is another foundation issue that scares me is near the fire place, it looks like the fireplace (wall) and the connecting wall to it is coming apart....Has anyone dealt with foundation issues like this?
