If you haven't spoken with your lenders you should do so ASAP as this is not a time to "cross fingers" and hope things work themselves out.

For now, keep your finger on the pulse and get info from various sources to make your predictions.

Hopefully soon some of them will get back to doing rental prop refi's (fingers crossed)

If the seller didn’t return the funds she likely fought off suit, garnishment, BK, etc. while the insurer pointed fingers at the title agent and E&O. 

So, unless I find a task on my rehabs that would cost over $500 to sub out, I'm not planning to lift a finger on any of my rehabs.
