That is if there is no record on the platform of the request.Otherwise you can modify the reservation to add the week and do a payment request for the extra cleaning or bake it into the extra week charge.

Just be aware that the city is underdeveloped and you might want to be extra careful when choosing tenants to make sure that you'll be collecting your rent every month. 

As for the extra dollars unaccounted for, it could be a number of things - repair persons fee, management fee, failed repair, etc.

If you are trying to piece everything together yourself remotely I think the time and brain damage and extra cost in time and cash you would be better to go yourself and do it. 

The extra cabinets I needed in order to complete the design ended up costing $2,000.

I have a W2, so the extra rental income would be reinvetsed into the property.

I had another person try to bargain me down to $1700/month, and said she was moving out of her dad's house and so needed room to store boxes in the extra bedrooms. 

What I will do is attempt to find a QUALIFIED substitute tenant, credit the original tenant with the rent paid by the new tenant LESS one or two months fee for the extra work and effort, but I will NOT release the original tenant from liability should the substitute tenant default.Look, the bottom line is that renting to tenants is a business, just like any other business.
