So, you should probably be enlisting the services of a real estate agent, since the listing agent represents the seller (you'll want your own agent to act in your interest).This advice differs somewhat with advice that I would give to an investor (an investor who "knows the ropes" can work directly with the listing agent).You'll need to determine what the fair market value is.

Since then, I've read over a dozen related books, probably over a couple hundred blog posts, and tried unsuccesfully to get some rentals financed as a poor enlisted military member.I recently separated, and moved back to Oregon, specifically Corvallis.

Having been in the military, my primary advice would be don't join the military.While irrelevant, given the 6 year contract, I'm assuming you're pursuing something beyond basic enlisted.

This property which is located where I currently live (Ohio), but my wife has gotten a job in Southeast Jacksonville as a elementary teacher and we are considering the move.I've done a little research about investing in Jacksonville and it appears it is much tougher then my home town which is a small town.I plan on keeping my rental property and I'll enlist a few people to perform property management.I'm finishing my Associates Degree in Business Management and will be starting my Bachelors soon.
