My intuition served me well just two years later when the Pandemic hit, we fled LA to enjoy our 2020 summer and haven't really looked back since.

Stick with what has been successful for you and is enjoyable. 

If you enjoy living there, while people are helping with the bills, then it could be a good move.I'm not saying go for it, I'm saying that there are other ways to look at it.

I have only good things to say about the team that did the presentation and I enjoyed talking to my advisor but there was no way I could wrap my head around spending that much.

This market is typically only slow appreciation, but recent market forces have worked in my favor and I've enjoyed a good amount of appreciation too.

I really enjoyed house hacking, and like many newbies, I spent too much time and money renovating and enjoying the property.
