I’ve run the numbers on several different MHP development opportunities and I have always found an RV Park would be worth more on the same land for the same cost usually.

My wife wanted to move somewhere with more space, so I jumped on the opportunity. 

As we kick off 2025, the real estate market is continuing to evolve, presenting both opportunities and challenges for investors.

At this stage, I am interested in house hacking, short-term rentals, and residential assisted living (though I hope to continue to learn more about other opportunities as well).I appreciate this community and the opportunity to learn from others.

With inventory expanding, it feels like there could be opportunities to secure deals, especially if the right cash flow potential is there. 

LIHTC eligible, opportunity zone, STR eligible, property management in the area….Pretty decent list. didn't know where to start so I figured I would ask the more seasoned of the bunch.

Many of my clients are from other states because we still have good opportunities here.  

The problem is that you don't get an opportunity to do an inspection before you buy.If you buy pre-sale from the owner, you have arrears to bring current, getting the owner to move after you have solved their problem and taken the pressure off, along with the previously listed concerns.
