While many markets declined by as much as 50 percent during this past recession Indy eased by with less than a 7percent decline in market position.Enjoy sizeable cash flow returns from day one with highly sought after single family homes.

Now if I happen to get a good deal right away it helps to ease that loss but it is a little tougher right now so I was pretty bothered by it. 

@Joe Hausen - Good question, but, it seems like you are not totally at ease with this undertaking and rightly so.My take is that this property might not be worth your time and effort to acquire, pay the overdue taxes, refurbish and sell for a measly amount of profit if not a loss. 

I know it probably doesn't help ease the pain but many, many other people will benefit from your insight and you may even pick up some valuable feedback from the more experienced folks on here that will help you on the next one.

If you are getting the house on mortgage, then the best way to ease of the payment is to give the home on rental basis.
