So you need to send 3000 mailers to get the Gods to grant you one.While everyone just turns off their brains, and work harder instead of smarter just for that illusion: "see I did so much work,  it has to mean I am closer to the reward", but sadly it is all it is an illusion.I rather work smarter, not harder and have whoever that is motivated, come and find me, instead of me chasing them. that was my point Foreclosure rescue is very difficult and with so few foreclosures these days there just is not that many to go after..

Hey @Mariangela Ciciarelli, it is a difficult market that many have stated.It is going to depend on your budget.

If you have that, you can attract equity albeit smaller projects can be difficult and you will be reliant on friends and family relationship.

Difficult, but possible to do. 

It also makes evaluating new deals a bit more difficult because with all of the reserves, management, and cashflow points I'm looking for tithes may take out half of the net cash flow or more.

Just frustrated with how difficult it is for people to adopt intelligence and common sense, backed by data and evidence, yet it is effortless for people to religiously embrace absolute NONSENSE.

Short-term rentals tend to do better with cash flow, which is increasingly difficult in a saturated, heavily regulated market.

If each one of those pieces are not strong in what they do it will only make it more difficult for you to manage.
