The stock market has many flavors for you, e.g. growth stocks which are stocks that may rise rapidly but carry a degree of risk; income stocks which are those that throw out dividends and so on.

So if properties are sub-$200k you might well be able to have 2 VA loans.Otherwise, you refinance either flavor of loan into commercial, which typically requires 20% equity in the property, and then it frees it back up to be used again.
