It was entertaining, there was some good content, they also do a "speed networking" thing where you can talk to like 40 people in half an hour.

Looking to contribute and learn however I can, just enjoying all the great content so far.

I listened to about 10 hours of the podcast on my flights across the country and like many of you I'm excited by all of the content. 

I knew he wouldn’t be able to provide the content for a SM Kit, but I figured I’d at least get a template with some images to insert and I would complete the langauge for the kit on my own.

Providing "boring" advice (but accurate and higher quality) doesn't bring extra eyeballs  to your content. 

He does give a lot of actionable advice, but his sales content does need to be changed a bit based on the industry you're in and the buyer type.Re: his syndications and Reg A fund, I would only be concerned with how the assets will do in the long run, since he seems to be focused on owning the nicest property in the neighborhood.

And your gain will consist of two potentially differently taxed amounts - depreciation recapture and profit.Takeaway - BRRRR to your hearts content.
