I got a couple in my own portfolio that I also manage (I have a management company).

The management company stopped sending statements and stopped paying me rent at some point. 

Hello all, Has anyone either used or heard about a company called HouseCashin or Real Estate Bees?

(They claimed thousands for electrical using what appeared to be a fake electrical company, and they never had someone out to even check electrical beyond the general.) 

Gaining a risk-free property, with a long-term resident there to pay down your fees, etc, with a property management company in place to hold your hand along the way and making sure your property is kept up with. 

They highlight the difference between the average home cost and the average home value suggested by the price of large institutional companies such as American Homes 4 Rent and Invitation Homes Inc.I suspect this is nonsense (especially as according to google their price to book ratio is positive). 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

About 3 months have gone by and we just received an email from a communications company billing us $4,000 for breaking a communication line buried in the yard.

We also have connections with real estate agents, wholeslaers and title companies.

Our office houses realtors, wholesalers, mortgage companies, contractors...
