Goosehead charges their agents 50% of commission to service accounts on their behalf.  

You can't make money paying their high commissions on your home's rentals. 

That doesn't mean just take any agent, but if you search and find one of the good ones, they will more than earn their commission.

Now if they sell it at $750K with commissions thats $42K

It would be a case by case but with increased rehab costs, commissions, closing, I’m seeing 70% you may have to leave some money in the deal.

Plus I pay a referral fee too realtors that can be close to the commission of what you were going to make selling it traditionally.  

If the sale of the house proceeds, I’m curious about the potential net gain after factoring in the 5% realtor commission, closing costs, and any bank penalties for early mortgage termination.

By the time you pay realtor commissions and closing costs I doubt if you'll have made much money over only a few months. 

Are the fees just the 6% RE commission or are there other fees I could consider when making a counter offer.
