I was curious who owned the property, I went to county website, turns out 4 people owns the property, google their name, all doctors.

She's responsible for the rent until you get it rented.If doctor says that she needs to move, can I legally hold her back? 

So I shouldn't be able to trade the result of my labor, to a doctor in exchange for his services, without the government getting in the wayBut I should be able to trade the result of my labor, to someone looking for housing, without the government getting in the wayYou could make the same argument that they're both "necessary" for life. 

Darn near anyone in any form of the medical industry, not just Doctors and nurses but how about medical supply companies, CNC machining for medical devices and on and on and on, they are all working as much as possible and holding hiring campaigns.

I heard that there are home loans available to doctors & nurses that would not require PMI, has anyone heard of this?

I was going to a Chiropractor and he recommend I had a MRI on my head and sure enough that specialist Doctor found the brain annurism and had me scheduled for surgery on the 22nd of December that was coming up and my regular Doctor had been very impressed with my health for about 30 years.  

It was awful.Went to Costco and purchased lots and lots of white vinegar and poured it on the rugs all over this got the carpet pad also, let it sit over night and came in with a rented rug doctor and was surprised,   No stains  No Order carpets looked new again 

So, I go to doctors. :-)

The investing industry is really small - I don't know if they were aware that tenants can also be people of influence, lawyers, doctors, business owners and investors themselves.
