Hi BiggerPockets Community,I’m in the early stages of launching a private lending business and would love to get some insights and advice from those who have experience in this field.

Books are a great way to learn about topics and how to generally do things but the real education is going to be in the field. 

Maybe also combine that with moving job market where people don't have 20-30-40 year company careers, but need to change jobs every 2-3 years now and  change locations with perhaps 401k cashouts, or more expenses that eat up savings between jobs, and moving expenses between jobs.

If you are, and checked the right box to indicate an existing reporting company, you would have noticed that all Company Applicant fields was disabled or grayed out.

Is this standard practice in the legal field?

Yes the healthcare workers demand a lot for little rent, I believe that may be due to such a high demand in their fields. 

This will be my second deal of my career.

I'm a career bartender though that makes around 55k on paper.

Travelers in any field usually have streaming TV services so we get SmartTVs with high speed WiFi.

I had never seen anything like that in my career but it seems to work we have funded half dozen deals last quarter..
