Now, for the bathroom I have to get a sewer scope (old home with galvanized pipes), break up the concrete to run the water line through, connect it to the main water line, and get a plumber involved for it as well to give me quotes and to do the actual plumbing (I’ll only do the rough work plumbing and put in my sweat equity).

And not the minimum payment - I divide the total amount due in the remaining months and break up the payments by that amount, so as not to get hit with a "balloon" payment in 6 or 12 months.I did ask each business credit card company about getting those promo checks they sometimes send, but apparently their marketing department sends them out intermittently, so it's a waiting game.

Some say that if you break up the domain name you can get more hits on search, so that would be things like cheap-to-mail.com, cheaper-to-mail.com, etc.Seems like this ties in nicely with your other product offerings.

Having different LLCs or entities does break up the potential liability by limiting damages to only those assets in each LLC, IF the activity is liable to the LLC not the person who did the act!
