Understood but typically an address helps me versus blank area

Do you think Arthur Blank is the named owner of Home Depot or do you think he filed an entity?

Unable to post the event.It keeps complaining that the location field can't be blank, but there's no place to enter a location.Any ideas?

I have driven to that branch from Joppa, Md myself on several occasions on an infrequent basis not a bad drive.

I use my MLS access to run my daily business, and when the occasion arises that I want a second opinion I have those resources available.

The landlord lives out of state and is unresponsive to almost all forms of communication and has yet to fix some property issues she's requested on several occasions...

Thats where I need your help...A few weeks ago I was reading through the Bigger Pockets Blog and came across an article titled You're Just One Relationship Away from "10xing" Your Goals by Michael Blank.  

I would like to know what the general consensus on digital signatures is, and if you accept them do you have rules on what constitutes a valid signature (ie does typing your name in a blank count, or only cryptographic signatures allowed).
