As crazy as this sounds you can exit faster and with less harm than leaving the military(lol).I think there are only 3 people in the WORLD who became Billionaires working for someone else(versus owning/selling/starting a company or being born with a Billion) up until 2010ish.  

They didn't live in high crime areas and none of them are low income people.FedEx is doing a 1.5 billion dollar expansion at the Indianapolis Airport.

Sam Zell, who learned the industry by reading his books and then hiring George Allen as a consultant started in the 1980s in MH and is still active to some degree despite his multiple billions.

It could raise billions of dollars that could be used for a border wall.These kinds of investments are RISKY.

I know a lot about your business as you have come to this public forum and have freely shared your business with billions of people.

My official W2 job is being on call at a medical clinic to do pre-employment drug screens for contractors starting work at a very big (13 billion $ annual revenue) local industry. 

The smart money(whatever that means) was flowing into BREIT at a breakneck pace of about $3 billion per month, essentially forcing BREIT(which I believe paid/continues to pay about a 4% yield on invested funds) to buy commercial properties hand over fist.

I am saying that for me, seeing that most of the 7.7 billion people in this world have less than me and that they can be happy without the extra bling that social media throws at us, puts my spending in perspective.

@Chuck Gerchow I just read they’re opening up 25 billion more in aid for landlords of non paying renters.

My point is when you hear fed printing billions via q.e. all that new money goes directly into bonds (major bond market support) or as reserves on primary dealers balance sheets.
