I am not sure what happened but there are some dents on two of the pieces, and some of the nylon strings that holds the blind in place are broken.Cast iron bath tub - I didn't catch this on the move out inspection, as the tub bottom was very dirty.

Call me crazy, but I just think claw-foot bathtubs and high ceilings are awesome.

Weather might contribute as wellstove bulb missing, front vent not staying open (prob a heater vent since it was in Nov), bathtub leaking.Unacceptable items.Brand new stove right?

Rob K and perhaps market the effectiveness of non-slip bathtubs and possibly even throw in a typewriter as well .

One of the bedroom carpets got pretty soaked with water from a cracked bathtub. 

And then the maintenance-they sent someone multiple trips to clean a bathtub and there is a fee for each trip and of course multiple trips.So shocked about conflict of interest.

I have a place in Chicago I can go to and get 50% off bathroom vanities,windows,doors, faucets,tile,glass tile,ceiling fans,toilets, bath tubs, etc but it all depends on what he has in stock and when.
