Since your planning to pay cash, if you use hard money you can spread your money out to multiple assets in a short amount of time faster, however if you pay cash you can have better numbers and make higher offers and of course get better deals (just wont be as fast to scale since your money will be locked up for seasoning).

I also try to keep every loan under 6 months to flip that money faster.

None of that matters because the algorithm and pacing of the sites and their own personal directives change faster than the speed of light.

Go back in and see if there are any adjustments on your part that you can make to get you there faster, or make it more tolerable financially until you get there.
