Everyone wants you to succeed, but sketchy tools like this are a dime a dozen and seem to go bust after about a year.. however i am pretty sure i am responding to fake accounts anyway. 

There are dozens of due diligences that have to be looked at on getting to a real starting number. 

I've made about a dozen claims, with dollar amounts over $3M, so have some experience here.

Here is my assessment. 

We stay in them several times a year.I'd say my biggest concern is assessments. 

They then issued a special assessment where each owner got charged a percentage of the total bill that included the expensive sewer line replacement, but our portion was less than we would have paid to fix our own unit, so we were fine with that.
