Good morning-I hope everyone is safe and healthy. I have a rather unique opportunity for a possible assemblage. I owned roughly .37 acres of land in the city of Newnan. The property is zoned urban residential, infill....

It took me almost four years to assemble the land, receive the needed zone changes, vacate easements, adjust underlying plats, etc...

Assembly is time consuming, and install can be a blessing or a curse. 

A small side note, unless the light rail has broke ground and its started to be assembled dont factor it into your decision.

You just have to do your research, assemble your team and decide what is best for you. 

I found a local cabinet manufacturer that was 1/3 the price of the cheapest ones at HomeDepot - then they charged $150 for assembly and delivery and then hired a handyman to install for $300.Unless that surround was cracked or damaged in the bathroom - I would have left it.
