@Thomas Enright ..They accepted an offer on a triplexe, short sale.. it was the beginning of November and I finally closed the end of June.. very aggravating definitely worth the wait...lol

If you told them you (or your representatives) will be visiting the site ~1 per week for both diligence as well as coordinating improvements post-sale it might have mitigated some aggravation.

If during the inspection/re-negotiation period you feel the potential buyer is asking to much and they are aggravating you in the negotiations and nickel and diming you just reach out and I would be interested purchasing it "As Is".

that's sucks its the greatest marketing tool I have seen in years.when I was doing land sales.. my partner and I would go up in a 172 .. with him handing out the window taking shots while I flew .he kept telling me to bank harder and I am like Dude I don't want to get in an aggravated stall.. sO with me at the controls he just had to get the shots on my terms.
