I personally don't use the app and just open BP using my web browser on my phone or Tablet...from what I've seen BP's website is very mobile responsive...Besides having an icon on your home screen & receiving notifications what benefit does the BP app have that can't be accessed from the web version?

If this is still a problem, you might want to either make sure that you have the latest version of Chrome, even though this isn't really required, and/or delete your browsing history.

That said, the 5-7 day wait for the free version of ACH can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but as long as you don't need that months payment to make your mortgage it should be fine. 

Seems homestars.com are the Canadian version of homeadvisors.

I had to use the desktop version on my Chromebook/Laptop/MacBook, etc.
