All they are doing is adding additional costs and getting zero protection.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

When you hear something STOP, think on it, ask if it makes sense, then SEEK OUT additional info, seek out CONTEXT.

Finished basement as well with additional room (and has the additional bathroom).

It certainly has a large dependency; you are at the mercy of that one OTA.In addition, unless you are at ideal occupancy, alternate platforms can fill some holes.
