Medical costs  caused unpaid loans and collections to accumulate and to created a credit profile of a borrower who did not pay any of her legal obligations.  

When I explain wealth accumulation through real estate, having other people purchasing property for you, it sounds fanciful and I get a lot of rolled eyes.Forget 'em.

The point is if you have $150K you have enough accumulated to invest in San Diego. 

It got me so far and I was able to accumulate some MF assets using this approach.

Hopefully after a few years, from all the savings, cash flow, and depreciation you'll start having higher down-payments and start building your portofolio both ways: as owner-occupied and investor and accumulate properties faster!

Well, with no money you'll either have to find a partner or wait to accumulate funds.

I'm more interested in accumulating a lot of doors than having a flashy lifestyle; I use the money to buy more properties.My brother, Joe, told me how he puts money into a Vanguard charitable fund - the money can't be removed but he can donate to charities he likes - and I want to do the same so I'll be putting some money that would be going toward taxes into that instead.

Eventually I'll want to accumulate cash flowing properties, but harvesting profits now is where my gut is telling me to go.
