Its a long term low cost play for me.

This increased demand is in areas that all ready have limited supply.Since the rates started to rise, my appreciation forecast has been conservative (as I have indicated in numerous posts) for my San Diego market (I have been underwriting at zero appreciation near term) and fortunately for me the market out performed my forecast.

I keep thinking about the "what ifs" and everything because I'm a realest... but I know this can and will be a great opportunity for me to get my foot in the door even if I have to tuck my chin and grind for a year. 

Expenses will level off: Multifamily operators have been plagued by expense increases in the form of taxes and insurance, for the last few years, especially in the south, and especially in Florida and Texas.

As home prices in NJ are very high, it makes the decision to go FHA VS live-in Conventional hard for me.

I wasn't sure if him blocking my phone number is grounds for me to be able to move forward with someone else (I intended to do so if he wasn't done by this weekend anyways) or how to really handle the situation.

I would like to inquire further but don't think the form is a good median for doing so.
