Places like gastropubs, yoga studios, art galleries, trendy coffee shops are all pretty good signs I think. 

It did NOT smell like money.The clothing was piled so thick in the basement that I had to duck to walk around.It's plumbed for a bath but was being used as a work shop or something.

Or they could just install a clothing rack and use the desk and shelves for storage.

Don't think for one minute they are not going to push you to buy expensive protein powders and yoga classes and continued expensive training sessions.

I always replace the hot and cold water clothes washer hoses from the rubber ones to the stainless steel.

New clothes left all about with tags still on them.I immediately filed the eviction.

I put up shaded parking spaces in front of my duplex (steel girders and UV cloth shade sails) and they were a HIT!  

My first thought was that he did not plan on coming back, but you can tell from looking in the window that all of his personal items are still in the unit (TV, mattress, clothes, etc.).  

We literally had some items that we “expected” were supposed to be done like building a closet when framing in a room when we figured we would get shelves and a clothes hanger right?
