As a native of the city and veteran investor, I do think Baltimore offers some of the best returns on the East Coast.

Being a Queen city native myself, Charlotte is and will keep on being a city that grows and creates jobs in various markets (corporate business, RE, banking, athletics, etc.) for at least another 10 years.

Invest the same $60k in a 10% return (pretty aggressive) fund and you are earning $6k the first year.As a native, I’m betting on the area for the long term.
