The rule that rule Japan🎇🎆😁😍🤩🌸🌸🌸a piece of artical posted in newspapers or your 4/5 friends from USA cannot define Japan as a small island mentality.as per me I have more than thousands friends on ma Facebook And they are in different parts of the world although we are from same country and listening to their lifestyle there I still feel Japan is best.

In terms of predicting the future, I don't think there is a site out there yet that does that ;) Read the news, local journals and newspapers, and you'll get a better idea for where each area is heading.  

This country thrived 200 years ago due to the ability to mail Sears catalogs, newspaper advertising, magazines, direct mail, etc.

Recently came across two articles in the local newspaper of one of my focus markets about 2 separate student housing portfolio sales...the first in 2018 of 70 houses which sold for 30M and another one this year of 45 houses sold for 21M...the houses in both sales are all 4-5 BR SFH walking distance to campus...and majority 100 years old or more.

.- Check craigslist and online newspapers for postings on rentals (newspapers helpful in smaller towns)- I've called the police station and asked about crime in certain areas- Talk to insurance agents. 

Post generic ads on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and the local newspaper describing your park, the homes, and the general location.  

I don't know you, perhaps you're an avid reader of books and newspapers who is capable of self-education.

Back in the day, when we used actual printed newspapers, if we paid for a classified ad that had a "bad" word in it, we would be in trouble... 

So first I opened an llc online and going through that process (which is more than I thought , I have to advertise my llc is 2 newspapers for 6 weeks ) that's so I can get pre qualified for a hml loan .

Try: online, the newspaper, or worst case scenario the courthouse.
