The whole process made me start thinking this might be something I’d like to do to generate income for us while I’m also actively working a job that I enjoy doing working in tv.

We packed up our TV, Keurig, some clothes and blow up mattresses and left our cold/electric-less house and hung out at the flip house for a few days.

Many people get excited when they buy a new tv, or a new car, furniture etc, I get depressed, it's more like getting teeth drilled than anything else.

Sleep a little less, watch a little less TV, remove other non-REI related activities.

I mean no disrespect to you, but there are too many wannbees watching too much TV, giving inaccurate numbers to unsuspecting assignees and screwing ti up for the professionals in the business (i.e. those who know what they are doing.).

I rented one place where the landlord paid for the fixed water bill, wifi, and satellite tv for me.
