In some cases there is a legitimate reason, but I was able to make two great deals by examining such properties closely and not just scroll through.

Simply scroll through the list.

Just scroll down to "Form/register, license or terminate a business entity" and there is a FAQ for your question under this heading.

Some of those lots were sold over and over.these types of parcels and old subdivisions that never got built are all over the west.for fun look up Lucerne CA  then scroll in and you will see about 5 thousand lots above the town and lake all platted in the 20s  dirt roads were punched in but they were non buildable  some of these areas water and sewer slowly came to.. but 99% are unbuildable   the tax sale how to guys that sell the systems these are their happy hunting grounds.. and yes these things get traded all the time its the greater fool theory.

A small easily correctable error, but troubling he didn't scroll down on the 1099-INT.

Look thru & see what makes you (as if you're a guest looking to book a home) stop scrolling & book the home.
