I believe what Dion DePaoli was saying (forgive me Dion if I misinterpret) was that the score itself was derived from an equation, not software.

As an investment the cash flow is derived by using the bigger pockets 2% and 50% rules which would minimize any risk and factor in vacancies and other expected expenses during the term.

Im looking to avoid both, injury to the handyman and liability from bad workmanship, but again my question was derived because I figured these were low risk tasks from workmanship and injury standpoint...I wont have him doing major electrical or roofing etc.

JPMorgan Chase was fined the most by the Commission for its alleged involvement in the cartel, approximately $77 MM, for influencing the Libor benchmark rate.The second banking cartel that was uncovered by the Commission involved an agreement on the price of derivatives versus a manipulation of the Libor.

We always tell vendors that not being able to see any of the property before submitting an offer, means we are going to assume the worst when deriving our numbers.
