There is a need to say at least 6 weeks of paystubs, so if someone is paid weekly then they need to send more paystubs, not just two.

The seller has considered seller financing with 20% since this is a paid off property.

We have several 8 year properties that the tenants have paid 100% of the initial purchase price of the property.

This is my pre-retirement preparation.

The current owner is letting me take over the property as a tenant as long as I pay the water bill and the mortgage payment on it and whenever I decide I can purchase property for the balance of the mortgage  they are in no hurry for me to purchase the home as long as the mortgage is paid.
