For each of the submarkets you can look for crime rates, school ratings, amenities such as cafes, shops, and restaurants to determine if it's a good submarket.What is your investing criteria?

I don't tip when I go into a restaurant and get takeout. 

And of course cafes, cool restaurants, yoga and crossfit places are always good.

Just a few minutes from Supermarkets, Supercenter Stores, Malls, Banks, Restaurants, and Legoland.

If the store front becomes a restaurant the prices escalate steeply.The mortgage is between you and your bank.
