NOT ONE landlord has ever replied to one of these threads saying an LLC saved them. 

I think most of these replies are correct, but it really boils down to one thing: unrealistic expectations of what is possible/likely.

You'll have more fluff than ever before, if you're not expecting that I would switch jobs.I get tons of folks asking how to get in, if I want to lend to this, join that, etc. all garbage I never reply to.
